Getting Blacklisted on Management Console after provisioning settings and rebooting Grandstream device.

Hi,

I noticed every time I add a new Grandstream 2140 device I get blacklisted and unable to access 3cx Management console. This happens soon after I save the auto provision settings and then hit reboot via phone portal. Any suggestion as to why this happens?

- Firmware version?
- PBX Version?
- Provisioning Type: STUN / SBC / LAN ?
