Solved Getting calls from my own number

Hi there,

I'm quite new to 3CX and had to pick it up after one fo my coleags left us so there is still lots i dont know, but...

After installing the updates last weekend something strange happened to the setting of our server.

Whenever someone calls us (from extenal phone), the number that we see is our own. As if the person is useing out phone.

Any idee what it could be?
If you need mor information, ill gladly provide it.

No, we are using Voipzeker, which is not on the list.

Since the provider you are are using in not supported i could only point you to the right direction. In the SIP trunk options, tab Inbound Parameters the option "CallerNum" caller's number (default: From->user)" is the field which the PBX will send to your phones as the caller id. From the dropdown select the appropriate field. Your provider should be able to point you the right field to select.

I checked the setting and its seems fine.


I contacted my provider, but a have to wait till they call me back.

Well, I got a call back from my provider. It was an issue on their side.
