Ghost calls on my 3cx pbx

I do get get a lot off ghost calls to different phones, it looks like this. fx (a'or'3=3--) but it changes all the time

Looks to me like someone is trying to compromise your system, i could be wrong.

If this is persistent I would run Wireshark to see what if anything is going on.

That's an SQL Injection attempt pattern. I would identity the source and block it.
