Gigaset C475IP - Can Not Receive Call

Registration ok. but after i ring to Gigaset C475IP from X-lite or any other VOIP client registration fail on Gigaset C475IP. but after sometimes it re-register.

Gigaset S450IP - even can not ring to this series.

Is there any problem on 3CX or phone problem? or supporting issue? dont know what is happening. frustrated!

which version of 3cx software do you use?

i use 3 gigaset C475ip with 3cx and i have no problems...but i use a very old version (latest of v6).

im using 3CX V 7.1.6278.0 free version

install the last version 7.1.71 there is some bug in 7.1.6278.
