Solved GIGASET N670 IP PRO

Hi,
https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/gigaset-n670-n870/ as guideline
step 3 :
copied / paste Mac address ( it's a valid one , tested it online and local )
don't work, tried in 2 3CX installations one cloud , one local ( with fixed IP)but access via local net

always getting error : String property is not MAC address
firmware :
Firmwareversie
V2.26.0 (V2.26.0+build.fafc63f)


comments or how to resolve ?


is it a bug ?

kindly remove the : as this is just a visual but not part of a MAC:..
