Confused by the question.

You add the holidays yourself via 3cx management console - settings -> Timezone, Office hrs and Holidays

Every country has different holidays, so we do not have any holidays by default. You will define each and every holiday in the holidays section of Timezone. Office Hours and Holidays page of 3CX, in the settings.

Each holiday can have its own holiday prompt as well.
