Solved Global switch from STUN to SBC

Hi,

we have 6 desk telefones (Snom D385) and a DECT Cell (3 x Snom M900 with 15 x M70). They all are connected via STUN to the 3cx pbx that are in the cloud.
Now we are going to install a sbc locally because we have sprodically a lot of problems that desk telefones and dect telefones does not ringing.

My question is if we have to do a factory reset of the snom d385 and the dect basic stations for new provisioning or if it is sufficient to change the url the the sbc?

Problem solved. It is very easy. after install the sbc you have only to do a factory reset. after that the phones are showing in the 3cx pbx
