GN2110-STD headset on Grandstream GXP2110

GXP2110 v1.0.1.83 (auto provisioned from three 3cx)

When I plug int he GN2110 headset into the headset port on the GXP2110 I can only get one way audio (I can hear caller, they cant hear me).

Any one have any experience with this issue or headsets on this model phone. There is a setting in the the Grandstream phone to set the headset as "Default Mode" or "Toggle Headset/Speaker". 3CX provisioning wont allow me to try "Toggle Headset/Speaker". Any change made automatically switches back to default after a reboot/reprovision.

Any suggestions/assistance appreciated!
