Google Buckets - How safe is the data

Hi there,

I'm currently testing Google Buckets inhouse, which I'm using to store call recordings, and I'm just wondering how safe is to store any customer's data on this platform ? Does this solution have strong enough security measures to mitigate the risk of data loss and data breach ?

Hi Mike,

3CX will securely transport the data to the bucket, and then anyone who has access to the bucket can access the data.

But regarding your question, this is something that you would have to look up via Google where the data is stored, not 3CX.
