Good morning All,

We experiencing an issue with users who are trying to work from home using Citrix with the Google Chrome browser. The user is using their local machine and accessing Google Chrome in the Citrix environment. The issue is related to audio and the error is "Could not start audio source". Also, even if they are using Google Chrome incognito, the error is the same.

On the other hand, when they are using Citrix in their office, they are using IGEL thin client and it seems to work okay in this configuration.

Could you please let me know what can cause this issue with Google Chrome?

Thank you

Regarding your question, please note that to use webclients/Desktop apps through RDP/VDI environments requires that the users extensions also have an IP Phone provisioned and paired to their webclient (in CSTA mode), so that the audio is actually to and from the IP Phone and not piped through the remote session as this in not supported.
