Google Cloud VM instance upgrade

Since I would have to stop the instance to upgrade (memory), does the 3CX start automatically after starting the instance again? Also the commands "net stop" and "net start" do not seem to work with the Google Cloud Console.

net stop and net start are Windows commands. Your Google Cloud instance is running Debian. And yes services are set to autostart.

Thank you, do you know by any chance what the commands are for Debian? I would like to have a second way of control if the 3CX dashboard doesn't come back up.
