According to Guide "https://www.3cx.com/docs/google-contacts-crm-integration/", the GoogleContacts plugin should be avaliable on "Settings" > "CRM Integration" > "Available CRM Integrations", but it is not.
Is it an issue, once my licence is PRO?
Note: Server is running in google cloud VM.
tks.

Hello,

That integration has been deprecated, you should use the integration provided by 3CXPhone to synchronize contacts. You need to go to 3CXPhone > Settings > Import Contacts, and enable the synchronization with your Google account.

Kind regards.

Ernesto, tks a lot. It worked properly.
Now I wonder how to make these contacts visible on IP Phones like Yealink T48S (same extension as 3CXPhone Client) or how to turn these contacts public on 3CX for all other extensions (3cx Windowns Client and IP phones Yealink)
Should I open another topic?
gracias!

This integration only works with 3CXPhone for Windows. You will not be able to see the contact name in your deskphone. In order to do that, you would need to create a server side template, following this guide:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/crm-integration/

Kind regards.

Ernesto,
That is really frustating.
I have chose 3CX because of the alleged 'integration' with Google Contacts, as indicated at https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/.
But what is stated on that page is not true, since some additional development and adidtional costs will apply.
Very frustrating.
Tks for your reply.

Well, the integration that we are deprecating would not give you the features you need either... With that integration, when you received an inbound call in your 3CXPhone for Windows, the contact record would popup in a new browser tab. Now you see the contact name in the 3CXPhone popup showing the incoming call. It's almost the same, but instead of being the browser which showed the contact, now it's 3CXPhone.

If you need to see the contact name in any phone, then you need to create a server side template. This has not changed.

Ernesto, I need to see contact name in any phone... of course. I guess there are hundreds of 3CX customers who wants the same.
But that is another topic, wiche I will open soon.
Tks for your help.
