Errors: Failed to send FCM PUSH to device Google Pixel 6 Pro. Internal exception occured: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception"

My mobile devices don't call when the screen is turned off for a minute or two, and chat messages only come through when the android device is actually woken up and the screen is on and the 3cx app opens. I've gone through all the usual battery optimization crap, keep active etc. All signs are leading to Firebase failures. This is happening with multiple android devices that we are testing with. My pixel and 2 Huawei devices.

Where is the 3CX hosted?

When running tcping on ports 5228, 5229, 5230 all 3 don't respond. They all report back with "no response"

Why is nothing listening on those ports for Google FCM?

Hello,
Are you on the last update on the 3cx serveur (18.5.418)?

Yes I am, please find below:

When this happen do a test with 4g/5g

No i was talking about the phone but yes the problem is between your firewall and google FCM.

On the phone I use WiFi and 4g for testing the calls and it fails on both. The server is displaying a failed FCM PUSH. I know its the server or firewall issue. As my previous post, there is not service running on the FCM ports on 3CX.

I understand, for further investigation you have to open a ticket to our support.
Keep in mind that if its a network issue this is out of our scope but we can maybe a give you a hint.
