Hello everyone I hope that all of you are doing well, I have followed step by step using this guide https://www.3cx.com/docs/cfd-google...the 3CX,Build and Deploy to 3CX Phone System and I am getting an error which I have attached. I had made sure that the project is set to "Project owner" and made sure that the text does not exceed 1 minute, but still I am getting this error when I place the call to test it out. dose any one have any solution to this issue?

3cx version = V18 build 6 (Build 889)

It seems to be giving an error at the end of that line (StatusCode="U...)

I would check that. Probably Unauthorized. Make sure both APIs are enabled in your Google Cloud dashboard, and that if you filter the credentials with IP, make sure to put both IPv4 and IPv6 in there.

Or give us the full error message so we can give you some pointers.

thanks for your reply, I have attached the 3cxcallflow log
Well, the error is pretty clear:
Status(StatusCode="Unauthenticated", Detail="Request had invalid authentication credentials. Expected OAuth 2 access token, login cookie or other valid authentication credential. See https://developers.google.com/identity/sign-in/web/devconsole-project.", DebugException="Grpc.Core.Internal.CoreErrorDetailException: {"created":"@1674045005.442189184","description":"Error received from peer ipv4:216.58.208.234:443","file":"/var/local/git/grpc/src/core/lib/surface/call.cc","file_line":1068,"grpc_message":"Request had invalid authentication credentials. Expected OAuth 2 access token, login cookie or other valid authentication credential. See https://developers.google.com/identity/sign-in/web/devconsole-project.","grpc_status":16}")

Did you include the JSON file with credentials in your CFD project?

yes

I would follow the procedure again, because something is wrong, I can't tell from here, but credentials are not being provided....

I followed the procedure but still faced the same error, I have tried the other way which is converting the recorded file by using this link https://www.3cx.com/docs/converting-wav-file/ I am seeing a different log which 2023/01/20 02:10:39.068|14941|0001|Inf|Log verbosity is set to Low. does this mean that the pitch audio is low? if so what is the solution to solve this issue?

No, that means that log verbosity is set to low, and you will only see errors in the log. You should enable verbose logs from the 3CX Console > Dashboard > Activity Log > Settings.

Anyway, what are you trying to do? Because converting an audio file to the required format has nothing to do with text to speech...
