Hi!
I have a question and am not sure into which sub-forum to post it to.
I have a trunk that is configured to forward to a call flow app extension.
This part is working fine and when calling that number our menu is provided via call flow app as expected.
We have another phone number provided by Google Voice, that we had forwarded to that same number.
But, when calling that Google Voice number, instead of hearing our menu, they provide their own Google Voice Mailbox.
If I change the trunk from sending calls to the call flow app to an extension instead, it rings properly.
I am wondering why that is. How is Google Voice detecting that it is not an extension the call is forwarded to?
Maybe I should just port that Google Voice number to our VOIP provider, that would definitely solve the issue.
But maybe someone has some idea what could cause that or how to solve this issue without porting it.
