I have a Grаndstrеаm GXP2170 with an expansion module.
The GXP2170 is running the latest approved 3CX firmware.
Now the problem is that the the buttons on the expansion module do not work when the horn is picked up.
So we cannot use it to transfer call.
Anyone any ideas?
