Grandsream out bound forbidden calls

Dears
I have grand stream getaway i make provisions with 3cx when i make calls via it give me forrbidden calls even i have another getaway on the system yeaster working fine

I would first check the 3CX Activity Log, and compare a working call with a non-working one. That will give you a place to start troubleshooting.

• IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware
• Provisioning Method: for getway over ssl vpn

• Are custom Phone Templates being used non

Her my log Call or Registration to 7999@(Ln.10001@Grandstream GXW-4104) has failed. 172.0.2.53 replied: 403 ; from IP:172.0.2.53:5060

How is your outbound rule setup for sending calls to the gateway? Can you post outbound rule screenshot?

I didnt make anything everything is empty and route destanetion my getaway that it

You need a condition defined for the rule to match. I.E. number of digits, which extensions or which extension groups.

I am in US and follow NANP so I made my rules based on the number of digits. I.E.

For my troubel shoot i try to make by lengths and perfix and no luck even i have yeaster getway working fine on the same server

Call or Registration to 7999@(Ln.10001@Grandstream GXW-4104) has failed. 172.0.2.53 replied: 403 ; from IP:172.0.2.53:5060

Are you intending to send four digits to the gateway (7999) ?
Is this a PBX you are connecting with? If so, could the PBX be 24 volts, on the line, rather than 48 volts, causing the Gateway to assume the line is in use, and block a call?

Are you trying to place a call to a PSTN line. It only shows you sending 4 digits.Was that intentional, or a flaw in your outbound rules? For a gateway to reject a call, it means either there is an internal dialplan, that is not set to allow the digits you have sent, or, the PSTN phone lines are seen as busy, or not connected.
