Grandstream 1.0.11.3

A couple days1.0.11.3 the Grandstreams received a new firmware via 3CX
since then our phones constantly loosing network connection (IP assigned via DHCP)

is there anyway ti revert the phones to the prior firmware version?

Not easily. Even if you manually change to previous version using the Phones WebGui, it will reinstall 11.3 upon boot and receiving the config file from 3cx.

I have not updated yet as I have been away. What do the 3cx logs show, or the network switch logs show?

the 3cx logs just show that the extension unregisters. not much else. and with two extensions now I cannot even get an IP address from DHCP server even after reboot. I guess I will have to factory reset those to provision from scratch and hope that helps.

3CX just pushed down a new phone template - I am wondering if they finally realized there is an issue for some people.. Although the date in the phone template is a year off. LOL

The template change I received today fixed a BARGE issue - where it was set to 10 by default when should be 0 by default.
