Grandstream 2616 Ringtones

Ringer keeps defaulting back to the high pitch ringtone. Is there a way to change and save it?

How are you changing the default ring tone in the first place ?

Do you know you can change it under the 'phone provisioning' tab within 3cx management console

I've tried doing from the phone, and the 3CX phone provisioning
