Hi.. First, I am wondering why a "Beta" firmware update was listed in our Management Console (a customers) stating that the previous firmware was no longer supported when the new firmware was a BETA version and not the final version? After we installed this BETA version our phones have been experiencing numerous issues including freezing and dropping off of our wireless network. This was not happening on the previous firmware version. Second, is there a way to push out the previous firmware through the Console? - Thanks - Bill
