Solved Grandstream firmware warning

We have one Grandstream GXP2170 phone rolled out with the 3CX supported firmware 1.0.9.132. Unfortunately the Phones menu in the 3CX admin console is still showing this phone in red color with "Not Supported 1.0.9.132" warning.

We downloaded the firmware from the 3CX repository. We run version 16.0.0.1581
At this time I did not try rebooting the 3CX, because it is in production use at the moment

Magically just received a 3CX update for Grandstream and problem is now solved

Hi Peter,

You probably just needed a template update so that it matches the firmware. Glad it was resolved
