Grandstream GAC2500 on 3CX 16.0.910

Hello all

I am trying to install Grandstream GAC2500 conference phone on 3CX. Has anyone been successful in adding this conference phone?

Cannot see an option of adding the conference phone via the dashboard.No template listed neither. I can see the it listed on the 3CX dashboard:



But unable to see a template or assign the conference phone

3CX :Version Number 16.0.910
GAC2500: 1.0.3.30

Any help is apperiated.

could I not import a template for it? Site has over 50 + desk phones and want to add this conference phone. Can it not be done via the 3cx dashboard

No dashboard give you easy way to set phones when they are supported ones, otherwise nothing else can be done than setting this from phone GUI manually.

As the phone is not supported, you can not provision the phone by templates.

You need to manually configured the phone, by adding authentication ID , password , sip server address, etc directly into the phone

Another solution is to use the custom template provided by Grandstream Help Desk.
