Solved Grandstream GBX20 Expansion Module BLF Programming

Hi Folks,

My organization deployed a bunch of Grandstream GRP2615s. A dozen or so of them have the GBX20 expansion modules.

Do I need to provision those separately? I cannot seem to program their BLFs. The GRP2615s are running firmware version 1.0.3.6.

Hi John,

You can add BLFs to the 2615, and they should overflow into the expansion module automatically.

Have you updated your system with the latest templates? what version is your PBX?

Hmmm - nm. I tested the expansion module with another handset and it worked. Then I did a factory reset and reprovisioned the one that was acting funny, and it worked. Thanks!

Glad to hear, a factory reset and reprovision is always a good point to start
