So when are you going to add the new GRP phones to the list, like the GRP2634 and GRP2636, until you do please let me know how to get the BLFs working on a 3CX in the Cloud on these types of phones. I know the BLFs work when the phones and 3CX are on the same network.

Grandstream makes awesome phones. We standardized on the GXP2160 many years ago, and have stuck with them exclusively. We're now looking forward to maximizing implementation of the GRP series.

It would be absolutely terrific for 3CX to work with Grandstream (I've spoken with them - they are very willing!) to integrate 3CX SBC into the GRP phones. The hardware is plenty capable.

Grandstream is Grandstream and 3CX doesn't work well with them (the companies.)

That's because GS makes the UCM, which is a (barely) competitor to 3CX. Which is why the phones are "supported" but nothing else. It's been like this for years now.

Not too sure why you would standardize on them. We had more issues with GS than any other phone brand.

I'm familiar with the history, and also the rapprochement that's occurred. We've had nothing but solid good experiences with Grandstream phones and our customers especially enjoy the convenience and programmability of all the BLF/MPK buttons, which is another proven reason for standardizing on them.

Bump! - Can we please get an update when the Grandstream GRP2634 and GRP2636 phones might be supported?
