Grandstream GWX-4104 / 4108

Hi all,
Major newbie here. I have connected 4 of the 4108 ports to FXS ports on our old NEC pbx. These line will ring as incoming calls. I want to use the 3CX system to act as an auto attendant and voice mail system.
I am going through the manual but the until I am up to speed I may need to ask some questions here.

First. How do I disable the system so it is not grabbing calls while I am setting up without turning off the power? The GWX-4108 keeps trying to answer the phone even if the computer is turned off.

Use one-stage dialing option. See the Grandstream manual.

Hi,
I found what I think is the correct setting.
In the 3cx menu PSTN devices if I edit the gateway port there is an option under office hours that says end call.
I can't imagine that it would pickup and then hangup the line. So I checked and it appears to simply ignore the incoming call.
This is fine, just confusing as a setting name.
