GRANDSTREAM GXP 1610 firmware error

Hello

I have an error updating Deskphone GRANDSTREAM GXP 1610 Firmware. After updating, the Deskphone disappeared from the Phones list in 3cx phone system managerment.

What should I do to fix this problem?

I am using Firmware version 1.0.4.138, and want to update to 1.0.7.13

It seems that you are using a quiet old firmware. This might require an intermediate firmware. I would suggest that you contact Grandstream for this first.
