Grandstream GXP-2000 and Unregister on reboot

Hi,

If I activate "Unregister On Reboot" on my Grandstream GXP-2000, it will not come online again.
It works okay on Asterisk.
Is it not supported on 3CX ?

I have just tested it with the same Grandstream phone. It works with our phone. It briefly unregisters and re-registers again.

Strange, what firmware are you using on your Grandstream ?
What version are you using on 3CX ?

Try to decrease the re-register timer, generally these are set to 3600 or 240 seconds.

Reduce it to something like 5 sec, see what happens. Perhaps it gives up to soon due to latency in your network.

My network is okay, but thanks anyway for the lead.
I found the problem, my server for telephony was too slow.
When I moved 3CX from a P3 1 GHz to a P4 D 2,8 GHz it solved the problem.
