Grandstream gxp 2000 blf

Hi everyone

I upgrade gxp2000 firmware to 1.1.6.16 and blf know seems to be working nice
did someone else tried with this firmware?
If someone has problems please post your experience

Good to hear it works for BLF. I will try this new firmware on our GXP 2020 and 2000.

I just installed it on a 2000. So far so good. I haven't noticed anything better or worse. I guess it's good news.

Can I suggest something to 3cx team, It would be nice to open topics for every phone 3cx supports
so all the problems that we meet to be in one topic, and it would be more easier to us to find if some phone has
problems and how we can solve it.

i have also updated 1 of our GXP-2020 phones

everything ok atm

but the blf problem is still there ( u can not trust the blf status it is 90% not updated carrect so you can use it like a dice for get information)

the fixed issues table for this release is nearly as long as the source code i think but at least as long then all other fixes they have made before.

be aware that there is no way back ! The write it into the upgrade notes !

and so far it works fine.

The following setting for 2020 monitor extension 338:

1. Logon your GXP2020 via web admin
At BASIC SETTINGS > Multi Purpose Key 1
Key Mode: Busy Lamp Field (BLF) Account: Account 1
Name: User 338 UserID:338

The steps for GXP 2000 almost the same.

I tried your settings on 2020 but the lamp does not work
it's only dial the extansion

The BLF only at paid version only. Free version is not supported.

Actually, the indicator not 100% accurate at this time. I'm not sure that this issue from 3CX or Grandstream. For the stable one snom also not 100% accurate as well.

Your Grandstream's FW version should be always hang/self-reboot during BLF enable. Using latest FW version 1.1.6.16 should be better. At last not self-reboot always.

I made the update to the latest
I have the free 3cx version so it will not work anyway
is it in linksys 932 do the same ?

Nope, the free version has the BLF disabled.
