Grandstream GXP-2170 missing BLF

Hi!
After upgrading pbx to v18, the blfs stopped working. The phone is in remote office. It has firmware 1.0.11.35. Any ideas why?

Is this phone using LAN / SBC / STUN?

Have you tried to reprovision it from the Phones page?

Hi. When in Lan works fine, but when STUN does not work. I will try to reprovison later, since it is on remote office.

That's very likely the problem then, you most likely need to make some extra accomodations for STUN to work correctly.

Since you are facing issues with STUN, have you considered using an SBC?

The 3CX SBC program was designed to solve this exact kind of problem.

Hi! This issue was soved after changing the router. Very strange. But all is ok.

Some routers will behave nice than others or maybe you just got lucky. The problem may still come back because the phone is in STUN mode.

If you still have issues, consider putting in a 3CX SBC and the router will no longer be an issue.

Hello ArtoSkogman - what end up being the changes that you did on the Firewall/router?

I just changed the router, no changes anywhere else. The remote office had a Teltonika router, now Thomson.After the change all blfs started to work. That was least mount of trouble.

@Dmcleod-Stratus If you cannot solve your firewall/router issues, move away from STUN and install a 3CX SBC.

As test, I set up SBC, and it works fine.
