GrandStream GXP1760W Scan Error "Wifi not working"

After upgrading the Phone to the 3cx firmware 10.0.1.116 the phone has lost the wifi capability, the phone is not even accepting firmware downgrade with tftp server. The problem is that we use the phone just in Wireless, because there is no ethernet available in the position, right now the user doesnt have a way to communicate with no one.

Hi Carlos,

I think it's pretty clear that in this case you would be better off contacting Grandstream support and provide them with any logs they require.

We do not provide any support for WiFi connections on IP phones regardless of the issue.
