Grandstream GXP2000

Hello. I've looked through the forum here but cannot find a definitive answer to this....

Regarding remote phones, the 3CX VOIP CLIENT softphone works perfectly - not using a tunnel, but a direct connection. However, using a Grandstream GXP2000 remotely, the phone doesn't even register with the server - even with the STUN settings correctly set.

Please has anyone got any ideas? The firewall / router is obviously set up fine as otherwise the softphone wouldn't work - it has to be something on the Grandstream - but what? I've tried pretty much every combination of settings and it's driving me mad!

The logs of the situation are the key.

Does the server see the register request from the GXP? What does the Server Status Report?

What firmware are you running on the GXP phones?
