I need some assistance with getting a remote extension to work behind an AT&T Uverse router.
The 3CX proxy client is running on the pc but I know the router has a firewall enabled.
What ports do I need to open for the proxy?

I have been unable to get the phone to Register.

On the remote side where you have grandstream you dont need configure your firewall (if everything from LAN to WAN is alowed), if not opet port 5090 TCP and UDP. On central side where is 3cx PBX you must configure port forward (port 5090 TCP and UDP) to the local ip od the 3cx.

I am using the setup from this example with gxp 2000 and it works every time...

Since you are using SPM there is no need to forward any ports at the location with the remote user.
