Grandstream GXP2135/2170 Audible Call Waiting tone ?

Hi All,

Has anyone worked out how to have the Call waiting tone on the GXP 21XX Handsets use the ringer on the handset rather than (or as well as) the in-ear tone thru the handset?

Any guidance would be appreciated..

I do not think that is part of the phones current firmware. You are best to submit this to Grandstreams forums and/or helpdesk and ask them for an enhancement.
