Solved Grandstream GXP2170 not updating its firmware

Hi all

I have a GrandStream GXP2170 1.0.9.127 which is supposed to upgrade to 1.0.9.132, but won't do it.
The phone is idle, works, but won't update. Even after a factory reset and reconfiguration to the system ,it won't do anything.
What logs can I look at ?

Local, STUN, SBC?

Some admin re-created the phone, but forgot to put it in STUN mode.
Working now. Sorry for the post.
