Grandstream GXP2170 ringing when it shouldnt be?

Hi all,

I have setup an IVR to ring certain extensions depending on user choice, but I am finding for example when a user presses an option that the destination extension is ringing and also another extensions is ringing as well. I have checked all my rules and forwarding and ensure all my call flows are correct.

Im not sure if this is an issue with the Grandstream GXP2170 or if its something deeper

Hi Joseph,

Are they perhaps dialing the extension number from the IVR?
