Solved Grandstream GXP2200EXT with GXP2170

Hi,
I'm trying to setup a GXP2170 with an attached GXP2200EXT. I can not find any configuration for the 2200EXT within the 3CX Mgmt Console. I can go into the Phone UI (phone web interface) and program the keys on the 2200EXT, but when the phone is reprovisioned all of the settings are wiped out of the 2200EXT. I read a post that suggested that after creating a certain number of BFLs the settings would flow over to the 2200EXT, but that did not work. How do I get the 2200EXT to work?

The BLFs start at 47 on the 2200EXT when paired with a GXP2170. My clients use 1-12 for call lines and parking. Then we have 13-46 as blank.

Not sure exactly, but on page 5 of this PDF http://www.grandstream.com/sites/default/files/Resources/VPK_Guide.pdf . It shows the total number of VPKs per phone model. Since 3CX uses the first 2 on Grandstream, you can subtract that from the total, and that's where the keys start.
