Hi,

Just a question for other users - I have a couple of unsupported Grandstream GXV3380 video phones that I'm using with 3cx. They work fine with manual configuration (not provisioned by 3cx) for the most part except for the retrieval of calls from shared parking. Using the "Call park" programmatic key option on the phone I can park a call but when I press the button to retrieve the call I get a "the number you dialed does not match the dial plan..." and the call does not pick up. I've tried using BLF's, etc. w/o success as well. I've also tried breaking the functionality into 2 parts where I'm passing a *1 prefix to the SP1 system extension which of course does not work as this is shared parking and not parking orbits. My supported Snom D785 and Fanvil x7 phones are able to park/retrieve calls from shared parking so I know the overall functionality is working.

3cx version 20.0 Update 6 and the accounts that I'm testing the phone with appear to have the proper permissions. I don't think this is a PBX issue (in my case) - was hoping that someone in the user community has addressed this in the past. I need certain functionality that is provided in the GS video phone GUI that isn't available on an otherwise supported Fanvil video phone. I don't mind manually provisioning a couple of phones but those phones have to be able to retrieve parked calls.

Thanks in advance....
