We have a 3CX setup that's been using Patton, however due to being unsatisfied with Patton outbound call delay we purchased the Grandstream GXW-4104. It handled the outbound call delay issue just fine, however as soon as I connected it all inbound calls stopped working.
After 40 mins of troubleshooting I had to switch back to the Patton as it is a Doctors office and they couldn't have the phones down any longer.
Once I did, the inbound calls were completely broken now, even removing the grandstream inbound rule didn't help and I had to restore from a backup to get it working again.
Any ideas on what could cause this? As well as how to get inbound calls working on the Grandstream? The main difference I notice in the two is on the Patton my DIDS are listed as *4045551212 *5056661313 *6067771414, etc. basically real phone numbers, whereas the Grandstream seems to require they be entered as 1111, 000000, 000001, 000002, 000003, 000004.
