Grandstream GXW-4104 making but not reciving calls.

HI. I have configured the GXW-4104 to the article here - https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/grandstream-fxo/

We can make outbound calls and this is working fine, BUT
we can not receive incoming calls.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you see the call hit the Activity of 3cx?
Can you get a capture from the GXW when this is happening?
Usually, there is an issue with the Caller ID not matching - wildcards in this case help.

No i don't see anything in the log for incoming calls.

Can you get a capture from the GXW when this is happening?
i'm not sure if you can do that on the Grandstream

The Grandstream phones allow a capture, so I assumed the Gateway did as well.
On the phones, it is under Maintenance->Packet Capture.

You can also run a capture from the PBX to see if calls are reaching the PBX and see what is being sent if calls do reach the PBX.
