Hello.

After 3.5 years of excellent work gateway Grandstream GXW-4104 stopped authenticating on my 3CX. Firmware version is 1.4.1.5 (Program : 1.4.1.5, Loader : 1.1.3.4, Boot : 1.1.3.2). I could not restore the backup config and after that, I reset the gateway to factory settings.

I use instructions on how to configure Grandstream GXW-4104 in 3CX with provisioning (https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/grandstream-fxo/), but the gateway cant download the config file with error:
FW_UPGRADE: ERROR 403 GET /provisioning/xxxxxxxxxxx/cfg000000000000

Provisioning link is OK because I downloading file from my browser without any problems.

Before I reset the gateway error message was:
No SIP Account UserID to start registeration
m_api.c 1311 Sig chan already reset to default : 15 val

Have you any ideas on how to fix it?

Thanks.

3CX v18.0 Update 3 (Build 461)
Server: Debian
Hosted on Intel NUC locally.
Provisioning method: via LAN
SIP Provider: 4xFXO gateway
The firewall check is all green.

Hi,

If you can, try to reflash the firmware. But make 100% sure that you only download the firmware from the official Grandstream site!
https://www.grandstream.com/support/firmware

You can also try to delete the Gateway from 3CX SIP Trunks, and recreate it to make sure you get a fresh config.

Make sure please that the NUC and FXO are both on the same network and subnet.

I tried to reflash but my firmware is the same as downloaded from the site:
FW_UPGRADE: Abort, Same as stored GET gxw4100b.bin
All other your advices I did before. Thanks.
