Hello,
in the 3cx v20, there is no option for provisioning as per current guide for the gateway,

I tried to setup the gateway without provisioning, but im having issue with the gateway integration with 3cx.

when the Caller ID Transport Type is set to Relay via SIP From, the call will not be received in 3cx.
but if i disable the caller id transport or send Anonymous it will be received in 3cx properly.

please help.

It should work fine after upgrade, however you can not edit it.

To edit it again you need to reconfigure it as a SIP trunk gateway, see this guide: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/configuring-voip-gateway/

In the case of Patton and Beronet you must import a modified template for those gateways. In your case the default should work as its made for Grandstream.

There is no screenshot for the grand stream configuration we will add it to the guide.
