Grandstream handytone 386

Hi,

I have a handytone 386 configures on a 3cx v10 system. Registration is OK (green dot). However when a call is made through this box, I get incoming call rejected errors, caller is unknown. It seems it has something to do with the INVITE feature.

anybody who has a solution for this?

If you still can't get it working, do a factory reset and start fresh.
