grandstream HT286 can not receive calls

I am trying to use a grandstream HT286 to make an analog phone line off my pbx. I have the device registered and I can make internal calls from it but it does not receive calls. I have double checked that the user name and pass word are the same in the HT286 and PBX, any thoughts??

So...what actually happens when you place a call to the extension that it is registered as? What does the 3CX log show for the call attempt?

I figured it out, I hand a stun server in the setup and ice I turned that off it worked.
