Grandstream HT802 in 3cx hosted

I have 3cx hosted under xxxx.3cx.in, I want to configure grand stream ht802 device which is located at my office how can I set it up?

1. MAC Address: Enter the “WAN MAC Address” of the Grandstream gateway (Without colons or dashes)

is this the grandstream ht802 Mac address?

So, you are using a hosted system to connect an analogue trunk to?? Not my first choice but it is possible. You need to add a "Gateway" under "SIP trunks", more info here: https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/

The only thing is the HT802 is a device to connect a phone to (FXS) and not a trunk (FXO). So you probable need a Grandstream GXW4104 FXO or similar.

If you read carefully through the link that @cobaltit provided, you will see that it specifies that the device "must be local to 3CX", so the provisioning instructions given assume that is the case. You can provision manually, and use STUN, or, if the local network, where 3CX is located is accessible, you could connect the device, provision, then make the necessary changes, before moving to the remoter location. This device will give you two analogue telephones at that location.

Despite the above (which is the supported method for gateway to cloud) there are 2 setups I have done with this device to the cloud that have worked however they are unsupported and may cause issues if you are wanting to use FAX from the device.

1) STUN: you will need to configure the Grandstream manually with a STUN server address: https://www.electronicfrontier.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/Grandstream-HT701.pdf

2) Use a 3CX SBC and point the Grandstream device registration server to the SBC instead of 3CX.

Both could work but I would recommend you stick to the supported method.
