I have configured this exactly according to the guide but nothing works. Neither FXS port shows as registered. Any ideas?

I'd start by checking the logs and also logging into the HT and see if it shows anything

I would check the Activity Log to see if the there is any sign of a registration attempt. Is the ATA local, using STUN, or behind an SBC?
