Hey,
I have a Grandstream HT814 running on the same network as my 3cx server. I have followed the guide here https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/grandstream-ht-fxs/ to configure the device however when uploading the confile the device loses its IP address and we dont have DHCP on this network.
I have tried to enter the details manually into the device and I seem to be able to call out using a phone connected to the HT814 however when its answered the called party is placed on hold instantly. I have tried dialing internal extensions and they just dont connect. Dialing the extension from an internal extension gives me a recorded message "End destination cannot be reached".
No logs in the 3cx server as far as I can tell.
The status page of the HT814 states that the port is Not Registered.
I am guessing there is a switch or bit of config I have not selected however I cannot figure out where that is! In the Profile section of the HT814 I have selected the Sip Registration to Yes.
