Solved Grandstream HT818 ATA

Hi team,

I'm trying to setup a grandstream ATA HT818, I've followed the instructions, nevertheless, the provisioning file isn't being created, so I'm unable to upload it to the ATA device, I don't know why. See image below.



When I try to download the xlm file, I see an error that there is no any file (see below).




What am I doing wrong? How can I get the file?

Hi Anthony,

1. Please update your PBX first to the new Beta. You are probably still on the Alpha build if you are seeing this.

2. Also ensure that the T46U router phone is online and connected (SBC appears green) otherwise the config file will not generate.

3. Delete the HT818 and add it again, this time you will get a complete provisioning link.
