Grandstream In DND mode, do not receive calls from the ringing group

Hi Guys,

The Grandstream GRP2615 phone, cannot receive a call from own ringing group when it's in DND mode. Just comes with an indication that there was a missed call.
The "Accept calls from Ring Groups" option is set in the users menu.
Someone knows the cause and the solution?

I have tested this model like you say, and in my case it works perfectly.

Phone = DND mode, Accept Calls from Ring Groups = Enabled, and the phone rings normally.

I think you should factory reset the device and reprovision it and try again.

Make sure you are not using custom templates, and that you are on V18 Update 3 with the correct firmware that 3CX provides.
