Grandstream Mulitple Account Keys

I have a bunch of Grandstream GXP2140's and GRP2615's. They always default provision with 2 line keys as "Default" on the grandstream view. It also defaults to line feature which only allows as many "Default" selections there are which in 3CX case is the two line keys, so only 2 calls at a time. How can I make it so that there are four or five line keys so the phone continues to get calls?

You can add Line Keys in the BLF section of the extension.

I tried that. When you select line key it displays a different symbol and also appears different in the phone configuration. See the attached pictures of the phone and 3cx config. It appears that 3cx puts it in as "Speed Dial." Any ideas?

Have you updated the template on your system? I think that has been fixed recently. It is supposed to add a line key and not a speed dial lol

@JohnS_3CX can confirm.

3CX is 16.0.493. Does that automatically update the templates or do I have to manually update the templates separately?
