For the life of me can not get a GS 2130 to provision or update the firmware (a 3cx hosted instance).
I did factory reset... the RPS request went out from the server, but the phone never pops up asking to enter extension and VM pin.

update: there was another 3cx instance running on the same network as the phone. moving the phone to a different network and the RPS login came right up.

So, you've confirmed that it fails because the directory name on one system is longer (too long for the Grandstream) when compared to the other system? Why is there that much of a difference, in length f the directory name? ...or, this was solved?

Modified original post to only show problem with RPS. The latest firmware 1.0.9.127 shows the full firmware directory. I thought maybe it had something to do with it. My brain just is not functioning at 100% this week - having some issues with the fractured disks in my back. I should just get offline.

Stronger painkillers = more entertaining posts :)
